Dr. Tina Esbenshade

Experienced orthopedic physical therapist with a strong background in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She completed an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and George Washington University, and has developed advanced skills in evaluating and treating musculoskeletal conditions, as well as mentoring students in both classroom and clinical environments. Tina has extensive clinical experience across multiple states working as a travel physical therapist in Alaska, Arizona, Virginia, and Maryland.

In addition to specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, Tina has treated a broad spectrum of patients, including those recovering from complex surgeries like hip, knee, and shoulder replacements. With a passion for personalized care and a commitment to patient outcomes, she focuses on delivering individualized treatment plans and continuously seeks opportunities for professional growth and knowledge-sharing.

In her free time, Tina is training for endurance races, eating at restaurants in the DC-metro, hiking, spending time with friends, reading, baking, visiting her family in Alaska, or travelling!
